Meigs Student Council Drive

Student Council will host a fundraiser for Ukrainian citizens/refugees in May. The needs are great, and we would like to try to help them by raising money for Project Hope.
Project HOPE is a leading global health and humanitarian organization. They have trained over a million health workers, transforming lives in over 100 countries since 1958.
The drive will be held from May 5-20.  This will be a grade level competition!  Students will bring cash to the Student Council table in the school lobby.  The table will be open from 7:30-7:50 each morning starting May 5.  For every dollar donated, the grade level will receive a link.  Links will be joined together with other grade level donations, and the grade level winner will be announced on May 20.

TWOS-FAIRY GIVING PROJECT INSPIRES!

The Twos-Fairy giving project continues to pay it forward.
Among others, the project in Ms. Shaffer's class has inspired the Hillsboro Church of Christ to fill many more buckets along with others across Nashville in the Family Buckets for Ukraine. These efforts inspired from Ms. Shaffer's classes caught the eye of the Kelly Clarkson Show.  The Kelly Clarkson Show invited them to be spotlighted on March 24.  The Family Buckets for Ukraine received a  $10,000 donation from the show!  One small act can lead to so much more!  Click to visit Ms. Shaffer's site for more information!
