Cavaliers on Stage Drama Club
Cavaliers on Stage Drama Club is open to student participants in grades 6-8. The Drama Club produces two performances each school year, a Fall Play and a Spring Musical. Students typically meet after school on Mondays and Thursdays for rehearsals, with an occasional added rehearsals closer to the opening of the shows. Fall Play: Spring Musical: MPAC MPAC (Meigs Performing Arts Corps) is the 8th Grade Advanced Drama course. In this class, student actors will, audition, rehearse, design and prepare two shows during the school year: a winter musical and a spring play. Participation in these shows is only available to student actors enrolled in the 8th Grade Advanced Drama course--however underclassmen in grades 6-7 can volunteer for tech/run crew.
